1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
  • Sarees that have been altered, stitched, or customized.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for return in your request.
  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the saree.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges for returns may apply, unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will assist in replacing the item with the same or equivalent saree.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Important Notes

  • Please handle the saree carefully to avoid stains, tears, or other damage.
  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
